Hello

We are facing 100% packet loss while calling from 3G or 4G mobile(with RPM) to the natted codec (Group 500).

 

Is there any remedy for this.Normal H.323 ports are all open towards the codec and all other calls are happening perfectly.

 

Is there any way we can improve the video quality while calling on 3G or 4G

We are using OOREDOO 3G and VODAPHONE 3G/4G to make incoming calls to the statically natted codec and encountering 100% packet losses immediately.

 

We are in Qatar.

 

Can anybody throw light on this?
