Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

Thank you for your reply. Currently it is on 4.1.3 but I just realized that there is a newer version. But there is a MS users'  advisory not to update to 4.1.4 yet.

apart from the Software on our device what Teams application is this running?

 

Most likely this would need to come into our support.

Everything is up to date or close to it.

What is the solution?

Wasting time here back and forth sending emails/messages.

The community is staffed by volunteers not connected to our official support organization.

 

When posting originally the missing detail was outlined. You then decided to post a photo rather than a text with the exact versions.
