Hi.

I have two QDX 6000 and deployed MS Lync 2010 with 250 users. Question: does the QDX 6000 Compatible with MS Lync 2010.
In the settings  QDX 6000 i enable SIP, enter the MS Lync ip address, login, and so on, but in a state status - writes registration server rejected the connection (red arrow). But I can successfully access  to LDAP (my domain) - status - connected (green arrow).

Do I need to buy additional software or device or QDX 6000 should connet to MS Lync so.

Thanks in advance.

The QDX does not claim support for MSFT Lync.

The HDX has Lync 2010 qualification.

The RealPresence Group series will be the group endpoint which will be recommended with Lync 2013, it is in testing now.

The CX 7000 is a Lync 2010 endpoint.

QDX does not have lync integration.

If you want to still use then you need to have a RMX bridge.

Integrate Lync with RMX bridge and then from QDX dail RMX VMR and from Lync dial VMR thats how the integration happens.

Thanks,
