HP Recommended

I can estabish a session between 2 M100 computers, then do the desktop sharing.  Everything works very well unless I want to runa video, like an AVI or a MPG.  The video just doesn't run with the same quality as the overall video session.  Is there a way to run a video smoothly while sharing the desktop?
