Can't change the keyboard color

Product: Hp omen notebook 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am up to date with all the updates for this laptop. 

 

 

this problem happened to me twice after I udated the latest updates. The color of the keybord is stuck on  the original colore (red) and I can't change it

 

Also I can't custimize  the keyboard functions. Baisaclly The HP OMEN control is not funtional withme.

BTW, Millions of folks have gone back from Win10 to their prior O/S -- something you don't hear about from MS. by WAWood but ALL to TRUE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Those that want HD Gaming should plan to invest in a Gaming Laptop to handle those requirements. Eamples GTA V or Crysis 3.

It came with windows 8. I've bought it nearly 8 months ago.
