It seems i've cracked the digitizer on my laptop and now the touch function doesn't work properly. While the display still works fine there's a giant crack across the screen and it's really annoying. I had to disable the touch via Hardware Manager because it was really going haywire.
I keep trying to call the support number, 1.866.724.8600, (removed content) but the machine keeps telling me that it " can't connect me to anybody."
I don't understand. How can I get ahold of someone at HP so I can get this fixed?
