Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop hp ac6464tx fps are dropped and stucked to 30. I am not able find the problem or what is the issue. please solve this serious problem. I am confused what to do. solve this issue

To assist you with accurate information I would require more information regarding this.

  • Does it happen while playing games?
  • Have you tried multiple games?
  • Does it happen while watching online videos like YouTube or Netflix?

 

I request you to check this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Notebooks/Random-fps-drop-in-all-games/m-p/6003814#M4731  and perform all the steps from this link including updating the bios, chipset and graphics drivers.
 

Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue. The trick is to remain patient, please. Please note that I am not overloading you with a lot of troubleshooting steps.

Instead, just like you, I am eager to ensure that the problem gets resolved. So I am providing you with more resources and information at your disposal to deal with the situation better.
