Product: Hp au007tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

GAMES ARE LAGGING IF BATTERY IS HAVING MORE THAN 60% CHARGE. But running fine below 60% and also running fine while charging.I have changed settings of power plan and graphics card control panel settings too. I have updated BIOS and Graphics drivers too and more over i have done system reset and system recovery too as the customer care suggested, but still the problem isnt resolving. I have visited the authorized service centre who actually replaced the motherboard and battery as well. After all this, the problem still persists. A solution would be appreciated.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. 

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. 
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
