HP Omen 15 stuck at startup screen too often

HP Recommended
HP Omen 15-ax001tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop, HP Omen 15-ax00tx, get stuck at startup screen too often.

This happens every day now. After  I shut it down for many hours, it won't start properly. I have to press the power button to start it again or else it will just keep on the black screen with that Omen logo.

I have tried contact the HP Customer Care in my region on phone. The customer care guy suggested BIOS updating, also recovering my windows as I have changed the partition volume from 1 partition to 2 partitions which he said it's not recommended by HP. Sadly the problem continues 3 times now after I fixed as HP customer care suggested.

Is there any other suggestions to fix this problem? I've bought this laptop for 2 weeks now and so far it's caused more problems than my previous 3-year-old HP 14 series.

Hi @greenlittlecat,

Thank you for posting at HP Forums!

I have read your post and wanted to help.

I understand that your laptop often stops at the start screen.

Please try the steps on this link: HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start (Windows 10)

Let me know if the hard reset helps, and the results of your hardware tests.
