HP Omen

Hello, I purchased the HP Omen around 2 years ago. The notebook has been fine, up until recently (a few weeks ago.) I noticed that the hinge that connects the screen wobbles, opens when closed by a quarter inch or so, and is extremely unstable. For the price of this notebook, I have no other way to put it; this is horse **bleep**. My warrante has expired (of course) and i'd like to know how to go about fixing this ridiculous issue, that has no reason to exist.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
