HP Omen Keyboard Replacement

HP Recommended
OMEN by HP 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

A hinge on one of my keys fell off. I can not find any replacement on Google. Do HP sell any of this kind of hing replacement?

Thanks,

A Customer

Hi@Underland,

Good day! 🙂 Thanks for posting your question in the  HP Community. It is a terrific place to find answers and tips and to have the best experience in the HP forums. I read the post about some key that has popped off from the keyboard. I’ll be glad to assist you with this. 🙂

You are a valued HP customer and we appreciate you greatly for doing business with HP. I have reviewed the situation and it is paramount that we address your issue. Thank you for giving us the privilege to assist you on this platform. 🙂

The small part may not be available and the entire keyboard may need to be replaced. Please visit this link to contact HP phone support: http://hp.com/contacthp and follow the on-screen instructions.

If the unit is under warranty or under extended carepack warranty, then the warranty should take care of repairs on your computer. Link to find the warranty status: http://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

You could also contact HP parts store from this link: http://partsurfer.hp.com which also lists the phone# to call.

Hope this helps. Let me know how this goes. I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. 🙂 Please reach out for any issues and I'll be there to assist you.
