Is your system in for repair? If so, you would need to call Support and provide them your case number for an update.
If this is a system that is no longer available, then chances are it is gone for good and has been replaced by a more up to date model.

system with Intel® Core ™ i7 processor seventh generation can not be a system no longer available, I think, so why in distribution is turned on and off like a light? should be replaced with a similar one and not with the 6th generation systems, such as are in distribution.
