HP Omen's Right Fan Not Working

HP Recommended
HP Omen 15-5010nr
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I recently noticed that during normal usage (browsing the web, streaming music, etc.) that only my left fan works, while my right fan doesn't seem to work.

This makes the left side slightly more cool, while the right side slowly becomes warmer and warmer with use.

What can I do to remedy this issue?

Hello there,

It seems that you're going to need to replace your fan. Unfortunately, the warranty on this product only permits Authorized Service Providers to make any kind of repair, including the fan. If you cannot find any local store that is authorized, I recommend contact the HP Support Center via phone to schedule a date for your fan to be replaced by HP Specialists. Best of wishes!

Best Regards,

Shawn

If I've helped you, feel free to give me kudos and accept my answer!
