Where are you located? The U.S. H.P. site says an 802.11ac is standard with the base model?

I think I saw another report that it comes with an 802.11n 2.4 ghz in the U.K.?

I have to tell you that there is already a thread on this issue. I hesitate to link you because it is not going well there but maybe it is close to resolution:

Are these the specs you saw when you purchased? It says you get an 802.11n 2 x 2 card. What exactly is the wireless chip installed in your Omen?
