HP Prime not working

HP Recommended
HP Prime
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I updated my HP Prime and after using it for a while it simply turned off and doesn't turn on! I called the support and they instructed me to try some procedures to fix the calculator. Nothing worked out. The worst part is that HP doesn't have ANY authorised service in Brazil for HP Prime and the warranty expired a couple weeks ago, so the calculator is DEAD because of a HP's mistake of and I can't even fix it!!

Were you doing something particular with the unit? Using any programs?

Tell us yet what HP people suggested you to do to fix the problem. Have you tried to reset the calculastor to factory settings?

Hi. They suggested to do some procedires like press "F", "O", and another key, than press Reset. They also suggested to remove the battery and connect rhe calculator to the computer. I've also tried to press "Apps" "On" and "Esc", and "On" and "Symb". Nothing happened... It doesn't turn on and the PC doesn't recognize it.
