HP Startup Menu won't go away

HP Recommended

Hello I reinstalled Windows 10 on my laptop

HP Omen 5001na - 8GB - 860m GTX

After updating to Windows 10

Everytime my laptop boots it shows the "HP Startup menu", and I can't find a setting to make it go away.

it looks like this.
My laptop works fine and boots fine, but this will not go away.

Thanks for any help!

It's almost like the ESC key is getting pressed.

Stand by. Looking into it.

Does this happen on reboots or only bot ups for a powered down state?

No escape key is being pressed at all, ever.

This happens whether it's a reboot, restart, power off, powerloss. Not matter what I do this menu comes up every, single time.

HELP!!!  I turned on my computer today and  Power Lockout  came up. I did as suggested by holding the menu button and now the Menu (monitor menu)  keeps popping up.  The mouse and keyboard are useless.  I can not get to cancel or exit.  It goes away on it's own and comes back 30 to 60 seconds later.  Is this a goodbye for this monitor?   I am extremely aggrivated and after reading all the posts regarding this, I am ready to get away from HP

Sorry for the delay on this.

Have you tried resetting the BIOS to factory settings?
You can also try pressing and holding the power butting for 15 seconds to do a full hard reset.

Thanks...It is the Monitors Start Up Menu.  But today it's back to OSD Lockout.  I give up.  I am having to work off of my lap top for now.  I saw on U-tube about removing the Menu button, along with the power button, etc.  Would this work?  The power light is always on anyway (green while computer is on and orange when off).
