HTC Omen Backpack Proposition 65 Cancer Label?

I'm thinking of purchasing the backpack but noticed that there was a proposition 65 label on it. Then upon further investigation, many of the items that I have searched came with this label.

"Proposition 65
WARNING: This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer. (California law requires this warning be provided to California customers)"

I haven't checked all of the items since it will take forever but does the Omen backpack contain this chemical or is it just a warning label for all of the products just in case?
