Hi @SaadBumbz,

Welcome to the HP Forums!:smileyhappy:

It is a terrific place to find answers and tips!

For you to have the best experience in the HP forum I would like to direct your attention to the HP Forums Guide:

Learn How to Post and More.

I grasp that you have only had your HP Omen for about one month.  While using it on maximum speed the fan will sometimes make a weird noise and the fps on the game you are playing reduces.

Have you done all your Windows updates?

To help acquire any Windows updates that may not have come through here is a link to  the Windows Update Troubleshooter.  Should updates be found please install them and restart the notebook twice to ensure that all updates have been completed.

Have you run the HP Support Assistant  to aid with acquiring any HP updates?

Here is a link to  HP Notebook PCs - Fan is Noisy and Spins Constantly, PC is Warmer than Normal.

Another one that may help is HP PCs - Increasing System Performance and Maintaining Your Computer (Windows 10).

If the issue remains as this is such a recent purchase, please contact HP support for assistance. With your permission they can remotely  connect to your system to help overcome difficulties.

Please contact HP support at Contact HP Support

Please let me know the outcome

Good Luck!
