Product: OMEN W005NA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So yesterday i was studing on my HP OMEN W005NA laptop and then i shut it down and went for dinner, when i later came back and turned it on my hard drive started making violent clicking sounds, but the thing is i never move this thing and have never dropped it, its always protected as when im not using it i just leave it on my desk.
