Keyboard not responding

HP Recommended
OMEN by HP Laptop PC - 17-w053
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I just bought this laptop new and the keyboard sometimes doesn't work at all. I've used the tips in the HP support for keyboards and updated the drivers for the BIOS and it's still terrible. The issue even persists with anextrenal keyboard.

Thanks in advance!
