Keyboard stops working randomly

HP OMEN NOTEBOOK 15-5206TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Ive recently bought me this laptop 5 days ago.

Everything works fine on it other then when im typing the keyboard stops working and its like the computer is freezing.

So i can type a few letters and then I have to wait for a few seconds for the keyboard to start working again.

WHATS WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER?

Do I need to take it back to where I got it from?

Or can I do something in my settings to stop it.

Tu (:
