My games wont work

HP Recommended
HP Spectre x2

When i try to open crossy road it simply stays on this page forever! and ashphalt extreme goes black when the race starts. both of these games were from the windows store. Also when i try to open steam nothing happens at all?!!

my laptop is the HP spectre x2 if someone could help me that would be nice:cathappy:

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues? Have you attempted a system restore?

Did you confirm these games match the system requirements of your computer?

Which operating system are you using?
