Need Help With HP OMEN Notebook BIOS Bug Fixing (F.32Ap1 / SP72564)

HP Recommended
HP OMEN Notebook - 15-5018tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a problem with latest HP NOTEBOOK SYSTEM BIOS UPDATE (INTEL PROCESSOR).

The Version is F.32Ap1 and the program number is SP72564.

The specific problem is same as this one. >> http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-Systems-and-Software/HP-OMEN-Control-Software-No-Lon...

After the BIOS Update, my laptop fan is not working automatically on 3D games and other programs, also the program is running slow.

Please resolve this problem as soon as possible .

Hello @clevergom,

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues, with help from the community!

I read your post about the BIOS issue, and wanted to assist you!

Try performing a System Restore to set the notebook back to its previous working state.  Have you tried using the Windows Update, to check for drivers that will work with Windows 10?  You can check this site as well: HP Products - Where Do I Find Windows 10 Drivers and Software for My Model?

If you are having trouble installing the drivers, you can use the tool at the following site:

Open the Windows Update troubleshooter

It is possible that drivers may not be available for your product.  If that is the case, or the drivers you found are not working, try using the solutions on this site as a workaround, and let me know how it goes: How to: Install and Update drivers in Windows 10

Please let me know if this information was helpful by clicking the thumbs up below.

Have a great day!
