If i install the game and am opening the settings it says I should intall network frame before please someone should give me one for pes2016

Is it telling you it needs a additional .Net Framwork?

If so, that is a Microsoft product.

It says I should install net framework so please can u give me the link to download the best net framework for the pes2016

It should be telling you which version it needs A I would have no way of knowing.

That link I posted will take you to Microsoft's site that offers all versions.

Windows Update may also give you the ones that are not yet on the system.
