No funciona el touchpad en HP Omen

Hola

Ayer compré un Omen y hoy no me funciona el touchpad, en configuraciones no hay mucha información.

Sólo me funciona para hacer zoom a la pantalla, no para moverse ni para presionar.

Agradezco una rápida respuesta.

Yesterday i buyd a Omen and now dont working the touchpad, only working for make zoom not for move and touch.

I need one solution.

I grasp that you just purchased the Omen last Wednesday, but you are only able to use the touchpad to zoom in or out. Have you run the HP Support Assistant to aid with HP updates? Have you done all the Windows updates? Here is a link to HP Notebook PCs - Using and Troubleshooting the TouchPad or ClickPad (Windows 😎 that should help. Please let me know the outcome.
