Order processing for 10 days

HP Recommended
OMEN Desktop - 870-130VS
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have place the order on Nov. 25, and select the fast shipping method,and it is supposed to be shipped out on today, but I don't know why it is still processing. can someone check it for me?

I am also confused about this.. I made a purchase on Nov 28th.. it is now Dec 8th.. the order information says the ship date is Dec 7th, but the order still says processing.. it can't be that they're trying to verify my payment, because that money was already taken.. I'm just trying to figure out what the hold up is.. I didn't expect it to take this long!
