Hi,

 

I bought this computer at October 2016 and I had  fps drop problem since then. In February 2017 sent it to the service and they changed my computer and sent me new one but new one have same problem. I sent it again and they updated graphic drivers and bios, recovered system and they did the benchmark test and said: compared with equivalent computers and doesn't have any hardware problems. But i still have same problem. I tried everything (uninstall and install drivers, geforce experience optimization, nvidia control panel, turn off xbox dvr, power options...). Before i send it again i wanted to ask it here. Can someone help me for this problem? 

 

Also, when i run the game in power saver or balanced options i don't see fps drops but this time starting the heating and fps decreasing. In high performance option fps regularly drops.

Fantastic description, superb troubleshooting and fabulous diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you on that score. 🙂 You are a valued HP customer and I take it as a privilege to share this platform with you. 🙂

 

I understand that you’ve done excellent troubleshooting and the issue is not fixed and there are frame rate drops when you play games.

 

I will not be asking you several questions here as you are very competent technically and I request you to follow all the steps prescribed in this link
