Recovery USB (Recovery partition deleted)

HP Recommended
HP Omen 15-5000NA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, not sure how could this happen but as I try to format my laptop it's says there's no recovery found in it.

I bought the laptop in Israel but I'm living in Romania at the moment, who do I need to contact to in order to receive a copy Omen recovery boot image?

Link to download is even better, as I could burn it my self easley..

Thanks,

Shoham.

Hi@Sh0ham,

Need help to recover the PC. Is that right?

Thank you for sharing the issue details. I would like to help you.

Since the laptop was purchased in a different country, you will need to contact the regional support of the country where the laptop was purchased in order to obtain the recovery media.

Hope this helps. Let me know for more.

Happy posting.

Yes, I will contact them as soon as possible.

Once before I would like to know if it's possible to hand me a Recovery USB insted of having sending my laptop away, as this problem is happening me for the second time and I'm not usually traveling to the country where I purchased the laptop.

Is this something HP happen to do?

Hi@Sh0ham,

I thank you for the reply.

Phone support would be taking a call about the solution they offer.

Ideally, they should provide you the recovery media and not ask you to send it to HP.

Hope this helps. Happy posting.
