Three-finger press option unavailable for ClickPad

HP Recommended
OMEN by HP Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Recently got a new Omen HP Laptop and am trying to configure the ClickPad.

Using the document HP provided I can see there should be a Three finger press option however I dont seem to have it.

Under the MultiFinger Gestures column I only have :

Two-finger scrolling

Pinch zoom

Rotating

Three-Finger Flick

I have used windows update and confirmed I have the most recent Synaptics driver :

v19.2.11.38

Is it unavailable for my laptop or is there a way to get this setting, perhaps direct from Synaptics site?!

Thanks for any assistance.

Hi @brutaledilusso,

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!

I understand that you are unable to use three finger press option with your laptop.

Three finger option can be used only for settings below.

Use the three-finger swipe to view open windows and to switch between open windows and the desktop.
● Swipe 3 fingers away from you to see all open windows.
● Swipe 3 fingers toward you to show the desktop.
● Swipe 3 fingers left or right to switch between open windows.

Please refer to the user guide for your laptop using the link: http://hp.care/2cKYbYb

Hope to hear from you soon! 🙂

Have a great day!
