Hi, I have a HP Envy 750-114 desktop and was wondering if a EVGA GTX 1050 FTW ACX 3.0 would fit inside the stock case. Thanks

Hi Collin

You have to shut the PC down. Disconnect AC power. Depress the power switch to drain residual power from the motherboard.

Open side panel. Measure length on PCie x16 slot closest to the CPU. The 1050 is 10 inches.

If the new graphics card fits then you can do the upgrade. Your power supply meets the minimum 300 watt requirement.

You need a six pin supplemental PCIe power cable. Do you have it?

A successful upgrade requires you to go to BIOS. You must disable secure boot and enable legacy boot in security setting before you install the new graphics card..

You must also uninstall current graphics drivers before installing the new graphics card.

Grzy
