hp omen laptop noisy fan

HP Recommended
omen by hp laptop X3C71PA#ABJ
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i bought OMEN by HP Laptop PC - 15-ax021tx about a month ago, after two weeks of use, the right side fan(when facing the screen) started to make a loud rattling sound, i installed all updates in the hp support assistant updates tab, i cleaned all air ventilation vents using canned air spray, yet still the problem still persist, a support would be much appreciated.

If the merchant / store where you purchased the computer is an Authorized HP Service house, then you can likely take it there.

For Example - Authorized Repair Facilities USA

Before you take (or send) the computer anywhere, you best open a case (submit a ticket) with HP.

An HP Technician can help you determine your best option, including:  Send the computer for repair, take the computer to a local repair house, fix the issue with a software / Bios solution.

Once you have more information, you can decide on a course of action.
