Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My son booted up his HP Omen and accidentally clicked on administrator.

He used the password for this and now he can't find his account or add an account or do anything else!

cant create new user or find his account or go onto internet.

It sounds as if he did a lot more than just click on Administrator.

He made some changes that he apparently does not know how to reverse.

It is time for him to use the USB recovery media that he should have created by now.

He needs to use the HP Recovery Manager and run a factory image recovery.

That will recover the notebook to the condition it was delivered to him from the factory.

He will have to reinstall his games and other software.

Yes you'll need to do a minimised image recovery of you system.Anything on Windows Prtition will be lost. To do the Recovery, Press F12 at boot , then click HP recovery Manager , Follow On screen Instructions  and Select Minimised Image Recovery. Wait until it is finished and your pc restarts automatically. Youll need to create a new account and reinstallall the softwares you installed after purchasing the Laptop as said by @erico.

Hope it helps.
