I brought new printer on 2/16/19 and i did not have 2 months free trial of instant ink in my plan

What plan did you choose during the enrollment? 

 

If you have chosen the 15-page free trial, the 2 free months will not reflect on your account page.

 

When you are on the 15-page free plan, you will not be charged anything unless you print more than 15 pages and ink will be shipped to you when low ink level is detected. You can be a part of this plan as long as you are enrolled in Instant Ink. So, this plan is free as long as you have the printer or as long as you are enrolled in Instant Ink. 
 
However, if you want the 2-months free, you need to upgrade the plan to 50 or 100 or 300 page-plan. As the 15-page plan is free by default but for the other page plan, there'll be a charge once you have exhausted your 2-months trial.
