I bought a 2742e to be able to print documents directly from my phone. I cannot afford internet. EVERY time I need to print something I have to call support and go through a 26 minute trial and error process to get it to print.  Then, the next time I need to print it does the same thing, wont recognize printer. It may be the next day or a few days, but any time I need to print I get PRINTING UNSUCCESSFUL, PRINTER NOT AVAILABLE, WIFI DIRECT says CONNECTING but never does etc. My wifi says connected to the printer. Wifi Direct is turned on on the printer. HP Printing apps are updated. Worst product experience ever. Support people are courteous and helpful, but sadly they are supporting a defective and flawed product. I need to print downloaded documents and medical records for my insurance company and the 3 doctors I have. I have blood cancer and live on $853 / month. Why won't the printer work ? I detest this thing.
