Hi. I bought a hp envy printer in August and set it up, and thought it would be automatic to get the free trial.

I'm not sure if I was promted to put in a code, but I don't remember having one. I kept all the packing and having checked there is nothing there. I've checked and the free ink 4 month trial is not activated. Can someone help me please?. I signed up for free ink the day I got the printer so feel gutted now that I haven't got it, as I need to up my printing this month (today actually).!

Please Help!

Cant remember the way I did it but I remember I has to press a button on the printer it then printed a page with info on that page also has the set up code to use online you then get the free trial
