4500 printer crops photos from phone

I'm trying to print photos direct from my phone as 3x5 index cards, but they come out with quite a lot of the picture cropped instead of the whole photo, how can I change the settings to get most of the photo printed?

Hi,

Because of the aspect ratio difference between the phone and the photo media , there will always be some level of cropping.

To get more options like fit to page and other croping options that will hoefully get you close to the result you want, please download the hp eprint app and print from within the app.

MY router has been changed to a hub ive put the new network +password into the printer but im trying to print from my i phone any suggestions.
