Unplug the printer, wait 60 seconds and plug it back in. Next restart/unplug-replug your router. This should get the job done.

It stopped working when I downloaded ios13.2.1, or one of the later upgrades. I have had this printer several years. It is directly above my router. I have tried everything you suggested, including resetting it to factory settings and starting over. It has made one or two copies at random in the last couple of weeks, but I have no idea why I chose to do so. My iPad just says it is trying to connect to he printer. When I go directly through the hp app, it refuses to print because it says the paper size has changed(which it hasn’t) and will not allow corrections.
