5 Months instant ink

i bought my printer today with 5 months instant ink, i set it up before redeeming the code and now im struggling to redeem it, it wont work

Complete the instant ink enrollment and the free months should be auto-credited to your account. Refer to the document https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03767639 for help in enrollment.

 

If the free months are not credited, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
