HP Envy 5030
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 5030 cannot see any wireless networks, even though other devices do.

Blue light is flashing

I restored network settings

On Wireless Network Test results, it says Wireless is Disabled and Wireless Working is disabled, but on printer screen, Wireless is set to on.

On Newtork COnfiguration Page, it says 'Offline'

802.11 Wireless says Status Disconnected

It dies Say Wfi Direct On and Security On, but on the prinetr, it says Off - and when I try ot switch this on, it just stays off.

Can anyone advise?
