I changed my wifi provider. Wifi is turned off on the printer and won't let me switch it to on (says this feature has been locked by administrator). I also have tried to follow troubleshooting and go to setup icon on my printer and click network setup and tried to Restore Network Defaults like advised, but again, that told me This feature has been locked by your administrator. Same error message if I click on wireless setup wizard. How do I reset my printer to removed administrator password or UNLOCK all of these features

I understand that you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
