Product: DeskJet 2130
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My prints were coming out blurry so I cleaned the print head and it didn't fix it. I was informed I could raise my dpi to hopefully fix that issue but when I click advanced settings in the Smart App it tells me I can't access it nor that the page exists. I was wondering how to fix the blurry printing and access the advanced settings.

@Nymph1, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

You need to have full-featured software installed on the computer to access the advanced settings.

 

Use this link to download and install the printer software. Configure the printer and try printing.
