After getting new cartridge for my printer is saying the following ink cartridge must be replaced

HP Recommended
Example: HP office jet4630
Other

I don't know what happen to my printer after getting new tri color cartridge it saying the following lnk cartridge must be replaced why that

This could be an issue with the ink cartridge or the printer ink system.

 

I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service/ink replacement options for your printer.
