Product: OfficeJet Pro 9025

I successfully added the HP printer skill to my Alexa, and it work the previous day. But now it has stopped and Alexa is having trouble accessing that skill again Amazon said everything is working properly on the Alexa end.  Can you help me?

I’m having the same problem and seems hundreds of people are too. All since 12/6/20.  Amazon says it’s an HP support issue but I can’t find a real person to talk to
