Hi there. I have issues with my printer Hp Envy 6131e. I try to print from my iPad and click printer but i can't print out because it asks for location. I already a location in my hp settings at Australia. It stil not show on the printer location. I checked further information and iPad shows it's tried to still your information and insecure. It happens after updating my iPad version OS18. I also try to print by hp smart but it shows with alien language. I'm looking forward for your reply. Thank you for your assistance

- If the problem persists, consider resetting the printer to its factory settings.
