HP Envy 5055
iOS

Hello - I am suddenly getting a “no air print printers found” message when I try to print from my iPhone 10 to my HP Envy 5055. Have done all the troubleshooting steps I’ve found online (rebooting, resetting, etc) and still no luck. Confirmed both devices are connected to the same WiFi network. This came out of the blue after a couple of years of trouble free printing. Any insights / ideas on how to fix would be appreciated!

Hi @LaurieJ2

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "No AirPrint Printers Found" message.

Appreciate you trying the steps. Let's try rebooting the devices -

1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and the iOS devices.

2) Wait for 60 seconds.

3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.

4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.

5) Turn on the iOS devices.

Restore the network settings on the printer to default using these steps -

1) From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch ( Settings ).
2) Touch Restore Network Settings, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

Reboot the router, printer and the iOS device.

Run the wireless setup wizard  to connect the printer -

1) On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch ( Wireless ).

2) Touch ( Settings ).

3) Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup.

4) Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
