Tango
iOS

Hi there! I have a Tango printer and I’m noticing that when I open my iPhone or iPad to print photos, that no matter what size of photo paper I have (4X6, 5X7, etc) that the photo that is printed is “zoomed in” and different from the actual photo on my device. There seem to be no settings within the HP app for the Tango to prevent this automatic zooming from happening. Any suggestions?

Hi @Orielwindow

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

Have you tried printing other documents like PDFs and check if they are enlarged too?

The font size is controlled by iOS and not the printer. Refer to this document for more info.

There are 2 ways in which you can print from your iOS device to the printer.

Using AirPrint or using the HP Smart app.

Checked for software updates on the iOS devices

Go to Settings > General > Update software

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Refer to this document to know how to print using the AirPrint option.

Click here to know how to use the HP Smart app to print.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
