NOT PRINTING CYAN - STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX - IT WONT ALIGN EITHER - EVERY WHERE I GO ON LINE THEY ARE VERY VAGUE ABOUT WHAT TO DO AND WHERE TO GO FOR HELP. EVERY REDIRECTION IS A **bleep**ING DEAD END. IS THIS PRODUCT **bleep** OR WHAT?
