I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether you can change the BIOS on the computer to UEFI.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I would like to inform you that you will not be able to change the BIOS on your computer. However, you could unlock and make changes at your own discretion using 3rd party tools, however, HP doesn't recommend the same nor has information about the tools used.
