Black ink does not print

Hi

My printer doesn't print text with black ink, the cartridge is half full. There is no error message on the printer and it prints normally but with no black. I followed the steps advised by the virtual agent but no success. Could you please help me.

I see that the printer does not print in black and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
