Blank pages when printing from a cell

Printing from cellphones blank pages. Printing from laptop prints ok

1. Are you using an iPhone or an android?
2. What's the application you are trying to print from? 
3. Are you using HP Smart to print?

I am using android phones. It happened at the same time to both of our phones. I have hp smart print on my phone.

To better assist-

1) Does the copy print out the same way? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

1. Load plain white paper into the input tray.

2. On the printer control panel, touch the Right Arrow () to display additional options.

3. Touch Setup (), touch the Down Arrow (), and then touch Reports.

4. Touch Print Quality Report. The Print Quality Diagnostics Report prints.
